Your Impact We are looking for an ERP Application Administrator who will contribute to the success of the IT Team, applying their expertise in ERP systems to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. The Role We are implementing Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (SyteLine) and seeking a highly skilled ERP Application Administrator to own the technical health, security, and operational continuity of our ERP ecosystem. This is a mission-critical role in ensuring our SaaS-hosted ERP platform is stable, secure, and delivering maximum business value. This position is not a functional business analyst role, it is a hands-on technical administrator role responsible for system administration, integrations oversight, security, environment coordination, and technical governance. You will be the primary steward of our ERP application, working closely with business system owners, developers, functional analysts, and Infor support. Job Responsibilities Core ERP Administration (CSI/SyteLine) Troubleshoot technical issues (logs, error dumps, failed jobs). Monitor and manage batch jobs, background tasks, and system uptime. Provision and deactivate ERP user accounts; manage roles, permissions, and security groups. Enforce segregation of duties (SoD), SOX, and GDPR compliance. Audit user permissions, remediate exceptions, and implement authentication controls. Coordinate Velocity Suite patching, tenant refreshes, and quarterly release cycles. Monitor and manage license usage. Maintain application-level technical configuration settings, parameters, and technical documentation. Integrations & Infor OS / ION – Support Integrations Lead Administer and monitor ION BOD flows, workflows, and monitors. Support APIs, connection points, and external integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve interface failures, escalating to vendors where necessary. Reporting & Analytics (Birst / CSI Analytics) Serve as initial administrator for Birst: manage spaces, refresh jobs, and user security. Partner with developers and functional analysts on data models and KPI dashboards. Monitor reporting performance and coordinate enhancements with business owners. Document Management (IDM) Configure document types, metadata, and lifecycles in Infor IDM. Enforce retention rules, legal holds, and sensitive document compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Coordinate IDM workflows and integrations with CSI transactions. Shop Floor & Warehouse (Factory Track) - Support Functional Analyst Support configuration of Time Track, Warehouse Mobility, and Manufacturing Track modules. Manage device and peripheral setup (scanners, label printers, handhelds). Troubleshoot exceptions and reconcile transactions to CSI. Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) Collaborate with the business to define SoD rulesets. Enforce SoD rulesets, sensitive access monitoring, and remediation. Run periodic audits and produce audit evidence documentation. Support auditors with reports and compliance documentation. Velocity Suite & Release Management Serve as point of contact for environment requests, refreshes, and patch deployments. Coordinate quarterly release cycles; plan test cases and regression packs. Move toward continuous adoption as automated regression testing matures. ITSM, Change & Release Management Provide Tier 1/2 technical triage and escalate to developers or Infor support as needed. Track incidents, root cause analysis, and known errors. Training, Knowledge, and Continuous Improvement Document technical SOPs, runbooks, and admin procedures. Contribute to role-based training materials and end-user enablement. Maintain knowledge base articles and 'What Changed' notes after releases. Participate in continuous improvement by evaluating enhancements, tracking ROI/KPIs, and aligning to the Infor roadmap with our Customer Success Manager. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of ERP application administration experience in the Infor ecosystem. Strong knowledge of ERP security, RBAC, SoD, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR). Experience with job scheduling, monitoring, and system troubleshooting. Familiarity with Infor OS/ION, APIs, and integration management. Knowledge of reporting/analytics platforms (Birst or equivalent BI). Experience with IDM or similar document/content management systems. Familiarity with Factory Track or other shop-floor/warehouse execution systems. Excellent documentation, process, and knowledge management skills. Strong collaboration skills: able to work with developers, functional analysts, and business stakeholders. Experience with ITSM and change management practices. Preferred Qualifications Infor Admin training or certification. Exposure to Infor GRC, Velocity Suite, and Data Lake. Birst administration and modeling experience. Experience supporting multiple modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Projects, and more). Familiarity with audit preparation and compliance reporting. Agile/Scrum project participation. Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN). Reporting & Work Environment Reports to: Business Systems Manager Works closely with: Application Solutions Engineer (developer/integrations), functional analysts, infrastructure teams, Infor support. Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite (Niwot, CO). Schedule: Primarily standard business hours with occasional after-hours work during cutovers or urgent incidents.
