Sitting within the Content Marketing team, this role blends content development, marketing automation, and performance analysis to create cohesive lead experiences across channels. The ideal candidate understands how campaigns, content, and data work together to drive engagement and progression through the pipeline, and continuously refines strategies based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute campaign strategies that generate and capture high-quality leads across key channels, including content downloads, conferences, paid campaigns, and organic initiatives.
- Create messaging for campaign assets, including conference collateral (booth materials, handouts, and follow-up communications), ensuring alignment with event themes and broader marketing priorities.
- Partner with the content team to ensure campaigns attract the right audiences and clearly guide them toward next steps.
- Ensure campaigns are structured to support ongoing engagement beyond the initial interaction, with success measured not just by lead volume, but also by conversion rates and the quality of leads entering the pipeline.
- Design and build multi-touch nurture sequences that guide leads from initial interest to deeper engagement.
- Map lead journeys based on audience segments, entry points, and behavioral signals.
- Develop segmentation strategies to deliver more relevant and personalized communication at scale.
- Align nurture strategies with key pipeline stages and moments of conversion.
- Build and manage campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, scoring, and routing.
- Optimize workflows, triggers, and timing to improve engagement and progression.
- Ensure all campaigns and nurture efforts are measurable and tied to pipeline movement.
- Take ownership of how leads move from first interaction to qualified engagement.
- Identify points where leads disengage and implement strategies to re-engage them.
- Ensure continuity between campaign messaging and nurture experiences.
- Collaborate with sales to understand what drives meaningful conversations and refine engagement strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and nurture performance, including engagement metrics and conversion indicators.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, cadence, and formats to improve engagement and pipeline progression.
- Translate data into actionable insights and apply them to refine campaigns and lead journeys.
- Contribute to a test-and-learn culture where strategies are continuously optimized.
- Draft and collaborate on lead-focused content, including email nurture sequences, blog posts, and landing page messaging.
- Ensure content aligns with audience needs at different stages of the lead journey.
- Work closely with design, paid media, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution across campaigns.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Experience building and optimizing email nurture campaigns and lead engagement strategies.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience in K-12 education and mission-driven organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel progression, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to connect campaign strategy with downstream lead engagement and conversion.
- Comfort working with data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Strong writing and messaging skills across formats (email, blog, campaign content).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Designs marketing experiences with clear intent, ensuring each interaction serves a purpose in moving leads forward.
- Uses data and experimentation to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.
- Brings curiosity and creativity to how leads are engaged across channels.
- Collaborates effectively across teams to ensure alignment and impact.
