The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in water/wastewater process design, with a strong emphasis on treatment processes. Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all designs and processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Client Engagement
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
Innovation

10 years of experience in water/wastewater process design, with a strong preference for water treatment expertise.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in designing raw water pump stations, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, ozone treatment, filtration, chemical metering pumps, transfer pumps, and chloramine systems.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Certifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Software Proficiency
Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, WaterCAD, or equivalent tools.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions.
