Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Innovative Learning Solutions ISD to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development of new/revised curricula to maintain POI currency. :
- Provide innovative learning solutions and apply industry best practices to address unique training challenges.
- Provide research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
- Describe the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies.
- Bachelors and 9 years of experience, Masters and 7 years of experience, or PhD or JD and 4 years of experience.
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
- Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
- Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
- Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance required
