Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for the brokerage

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)-preferred but not required

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry Level Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their sales career and work with a leading technology company.

Duties:
As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and revenue by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through inside and outside sales techniques. You will be calling on existing and potential customers to build relationships, identify their needs, and provide solutions using our cutting-edge technology.

- Conduct outbound calling to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and leads
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our technology and its applications
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales performance metrics and goals

Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in software and technology sales
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling and able to build rapport with potential customers
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
