We help businesses build better benefits packages for their teams—and we’re looking for driven individuals to join us in expanding our reach. This is not an insurance sales role. Our sales team handles that. You’ll be working as a Business Consultant, helping new clients understand our process and how we can support their goals.
* What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with new account acquisition
- Consult with business owners and decision-makers
- Explain our process and value proposition
- Shadow experienced agents and receive ongoing training
- Work independently, but never alone—we support you every step of the way
*No Experience? No Problem.
We provide weekly training and in-field mentorship. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your mindset.
* Requirements
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Clean criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Business professional attire (no jeans)
* Ideal Candidates Come From:
- Military/veteran backgrounds
- Bartending, waiting tables
- Retail sales (cell phones, furniture, cars, appliances)
- Bilingual (English Spanish) is a strong plus
