Job Description: We seek motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Benefits Consultants. This role is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your performance. We offer a competitive bonus structure designed to reward hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, market, and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Conduct needs-based analysis to offer personalized insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to earn commission
- Complete all required training and certifications to stay current with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
Requirements:
- No prior experience in insurance is necessary—just a desire to succeed!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training provided)
