What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parsley Lunch Crew Member position at Parsley Mediterranean Bar and Grille?
Primarily looking for staff available M-F 10:30am-3pm lunch shift!
Candidate must be hard working, a quick learner, and able to work well in a fast paced environment. This job is heavily team based, meaning working and communicating with others appropriately is a requirement.
Employee must have strong memorization skills in order to learn the menu, which consists of salads, wraps, rice bowls, and appetizers. They will also learn to take orders on our register, read tickets, prepare orders, and package them for customer pick-up. Orders will also include using Grub Hub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats.
Prep work is required, such as folding bread, filling up sauces/dressings, and restocking our food line. Cleaning tasks like sweeping, wiping off tables, and keeping the food bar clean are also some of the main components of this job. Trainees will learn most of the front of house positions, as the work is shared among employees.
The restaurant is set up cafe style so there is no hosting or serving positions. This position includes many benefits such as a free meal with shift, paid breaks, flexible scheduling, and sick pay.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
