Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in general repairs, maintenance, or trades.
- Certifications: No formal certifications or licenses are required if you meet the 5-year experience requirement.
- Tools: You must own your own standard hand and power tools for daily tasks.
- Transportation: You must have reliable personal transportation to travel to initial job sites.
- Skills: Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as light carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, and general maintenance.
