Independent Handyman / Home Maintenance Contractor – As Needed
Riverstone Home Safety & Maintenance is looking for an experienced, dependable handyman to provide home maintenance, minor repairs, and aging-in-place modifications for our customers.
This is an independent contractor, as-needed position with the opportunity for increased assignments as our customer base grows. This is a great fit for an experienced handyman who has their own business or other clients and is looking to add additional work.
Typical work may include:
- General home repairs and maintenance
- Grab bar and handrail installation
- Drywall repair and painting
- Flooring, trim, and carpentry
- Other small home improvement projects
Requirements:
- 4 years of handyman or construction experience
- General liability insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers
- Comfortable working in homes of older adults
- Successfully complete a background check
- Valid driver's license
Pay: $40/hour
Schedule: Flexible/as needed; no guaranteed minimum hours initially
Service area: Griffin, GA
Insurance requirements: Must have general liability insurance and be willing to provide a Certificate of Insurance and name Riverstone as an Additional Insured before accepting assignments.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
