Construction Laborer

• General Labor Position - Calera, AL - will travel to job sites with other employees in Company vehicles.
• Drive company vehicles to transport employees or equipment to job sites as needed. No CDL required
• Non-smoking workplace.
• Construction and/or Foundation repair experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift, safely 75 - 100 pounds
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR
• A dependable mode of transportation to the office location in Calera is a must.
• You will be required to pass a drug screen and DOT physical.

• Professional manner and team oriented
• Loads & Unloads trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the Superintendent and/or Crew Leader.
• Safely and efficiently performs installation Helical Pier and/or Helical Tieback duties according to the Superintendent and/or Crew Leader’s instructions and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables.
• Pressure Grouting and Poly Foam Urethane Injection work is also performed according to the Superintendent and/or Crew Leader's instructions and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
