Job Title: Wholesale – Warehouse Associate

FLSA Status: Non- Exempt
This position has typical work hours Monday – Friday 6:30AM – 5:00PM
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will perform all work in a professional manner which pertains to the operation and maintenance of a commercial tire warehouse. Employees in this position will primarily be working inside the warehouse and must be focused on both safety and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager and/or Store Manager in shipping and receiving of customer tires
- Load, unload, stack and lift tires
- Use of certain warehouse equipment, including forklift operation
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding areas
- Any other duties as by the manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of commercial warehouse experience
- Valid Forklift certification (onsite training certification available)
- Knowledge of commercial tire products and services preferred

Required Physical Abilities:
Physical requirements of this position may require a range of activities. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Lifting and carrying – the ability to lift and transport objects of specified weights, which may vary by job. For example, a job may require lifting up 25-50lbs regularly.
- Standing and walking – this position will require standing and walking for periods of time
- Bending and stooping – bending, stooping, or crouching are requiring to effectively preform essential duties of this position.
- Reaching and pushing/pulling – the ability to reach for items, push carts, or pull equipment will be necessary for daily activities.
- Sitting – there will be times this position will be needed to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- This position will also be required to operate certain machinery and other equipment safely.
Work Environment:
This position will require employees to work in certain weather conditions, such as heat, cold, as well as potential confined spaces.
