What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in HVAC & Plumbing
- Strong leadership and team managment skills
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and keep them on schedule
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with contractors
- Valid drivers license
- Professional attitude with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and/or residential HVAC and plumbing projects
- Lead and mentor field crews
- Coordinate schedules, materials. and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer service
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
