Job Description
We are looking for a new Embroidery Specialist to join our Parr Public Safety team! In this role, you will be tasked with carrying out embroidery work that has been requested by our clients. This includes sewing names, logos, badges, and other designs onto uniforms.
To perform this job successfully, applicants must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sew names, logos, badges, and other patterns into fabric according to client specifications
- Operate Avance embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each job
- Efficiently balance multiple orders from clients
- Perform regular machine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems with your machine
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with Avance embroidery machine operation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns
- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with team members

Pay and Schedule:
- $19 per hour based on experience
- 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
- Optional overtime
Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
