At 5B’s, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized apparel that reflects precision, creativity, and craftsmanship. As a Patch Application Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, responsible for the accurate placement and permanent application of patches on headwear and other garments using both manual alignment and heat press equipment.
Your Role in the Hive
- Precisely position patches on hats for sewing and heat application.
- Operate heat press machinery to permanently affix patches to headwear.
- Ensure consistent alignment and quality across all customized products.
- Perform visual inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow safety protocols.
- Helping with unboxing, inventory, and other misc. duties within the department.
What Bees Need to Succeed
- High attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Experience with heat press equipment or similar machinery preferred.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to follow design specifications and production guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of textiles and garment handling is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment.
