Physical Therapist (Hybrid Pelvic Floor & Manual Therapy)
Houston – Memorial Area
PARR PT (Performance and Restorative Rehab) is one of the top clinics in Texas for treating Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), hypermobility, and complex autonomic conditions. We also work with Olympic, professional, and high-level athletes nationwide. Our clinic is intentionally small, hands-on, and focused on quality, not volume.
We’re looking for a Hybrid Pelvic Floor & Manual Physical Therapist to join our Houston (Memorial area) team.
- Pelvic floor therapy and manual-based care
- Working with EDS, hypermobility, and complex patients
- One-on-one treatment in a low-volume setting
- Being part of a collaborative, supportive team
- 45–60 minute one-on-one sessions
- 28 patient care hours/week (approx.)
- 36 total hours/week including admin/documentation and patient care
- Treat pelvic floor, orthopedic, neurological, and hypermobility cases
- Documentation is straightforward and completed during your shift—no taking notes home
- Some telehealth visits as needed
- Base salary: $90,000–$100,000
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- 22 days PTO (after 90 days)

- CEU reimbursement up to $1,000/year
- Weekly mentorship and advanced training (pelvic floor, manual therapy, MYK, visceral work, 3-Systems approach)

- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- CPR/AED certification
- Professional liability insurance
