Lead Express Technician | Maintenance Bay Manager
The Role: Parr 3 Automotive is looking for a dependable, high-energy Lead Express Technician to own our quick-lube and maintenance operations. We are a high-volume shop in Boiling Springs that prides itself on the "You name it, we do it" slogan. We need a pro who can manage the pace of our express lane without sacrificing the quality our customers expect.

- Reliability: You show up ready to work and keep the bays clean and organized.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in oil services, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and basic maintenance (filters, wipers, bulbs).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume quick lube or independent shop.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.
- Professional attitude—you represent the shop when you’re in the bays.
