Project Manager Position OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple large-scale, custom mechanical and automated parking projects from concept through commissioning. This role ensures project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and in accordance with ParkWorkSpace’s quality standards and client expectations.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. This position requires coordination of design decisions, documentation, permits, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining alignment between engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients.The Project Manager will collaborate closely with developers, architects, engineers, and parking system manufacturers to ensure the final product meets all technical, operational, and client requirements. This role also involves managing municipal permitting and approvals, patent applications, shipping logistics, and overall project documentation. Occasional site visits will be required to monitor progress and resolve field challenges.Duties & Responsibilities:Evaluate global mechanical and automated parking system technologies, products, and applications to identify the most effective solutions for each projectParticipate in all client and project meetings, maintaining detailed notes and ensuring clear follow-up on action itemsDevelop customized project solutions by analyzing customer requirements, technical constraints, and operational goalsReview and interpret construction documents to identify design conflicts, coordination issues, and opportunities for improvementTrack and manage all design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentationCollaborate with internal engineers to assess site conditions, material limitations, and installation requirementsCommunicate regularly with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure clarity of scope, schedule alignment, and execution qualityMonitor and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and progress reports to ensure deadlines and performance goals are metCoordinate and assist with municipal permitting, compliance documentation, and regulatory approvalsOversee and ensure accuracy of all project-related bookkeeping, invoices, and financial trackingSupport continuous process improvement and documentation updates based on lessons learned and project feedbackTravel as required throughout the Western U.S. to attend site meetings, inspections, and commissioning activitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support project delivery and company objectivesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related fieldStrong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners, including clients, subcontractors, and consultantsHighly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilitiesExceptional attention to technical detail and documentation accuracyProficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and familiarity with design or diagram software programsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlinesProven problem-solving and coordination skills in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsDesire to learn and master the technical details of semi and fully automated parking systemsExperience in the architectural, construction, or mechanical systems industries preferredDesired: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
