CAR WASH ATTENDANT

About the Role:

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing customers with positive experience in a team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to wash, and vacuum sold cars and service washes ensure that every vehicle leaves the facility looking its best. You will also be responsible for inspecting vehicles so that they are pristine before delivering to the customer. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction, as you will be interacting with clients and addressing their needs. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall reputation of the car wash and help build a loyal customer base. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. We are looking for full or part-time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Timeliness and good attendance are only requirements that everything else can be taught.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a car wash or detail environment preferred.
• Works well in team environment.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, and vacuuming.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues to Leader of Team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Extensive detail work is sent to detail team, car washers not performing those tasks.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include attention to detail, which is essential for ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned thoroughly and meets customer expectations. Effective communication skills will be utilized when interacting with customers, allowing you to effectively address their needs and provide a positive experience. Time management skills are important as you will need to efficiently complete tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves standing for extended periods and performing manual labor. Preferred skills such as experience in customer service will enhance your ability to connect with others and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Shifts can be flexible for part-time or full-time. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 6 PM. CLOSED SUNDAYS & 5 MAJOR HOLIDAYS!
