What are the responsibilities and job description for the staffing coordinator position at Parkway Health?
Parkway is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator.
This position will coordinate staffing for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on requests for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis. This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility.
Experience: Staffing experience is a must. Required: CMT or LPN
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.
