What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/janitor position at Parkway Food Hall?

As a porter/busser at Parkway you will be responsible for:
- Learning the art of hospitality
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the floor to maximize the guests' experience
- Assisting the bar team during peak hours
- Stocking the floor with dry goods when products get depleted
- Cleaning up spills on tables, floors, and in the BOH
- Washing a minimal amount of dishes
- Cleaning and closing the floor at the end of the night
- Keeping the bathroom clean and stocked
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
