Maintenance Technician – 90-Unit Apartment Complex (Middletown, OH)
Parkwalk Management is seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team!
This is a 40-hour-per-week position with the opportunity to take ownership of the upkeep and improvement of a well-established, 90-unit apartment community in Middletown, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on furnaces and A/C units (EPA certification required; HVAC installation experience is a plus).
- Complete plumbing tasks, including soldering, fixture installation, and general repairs.
- Service and maintain in-unit appliances.
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Handle carpentry work such as door installation and drywall patching.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
- Must have your own basic tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean criminal background.
