Job Responsibilities
RIA, Family Offices and Wealth Managers - Relationship Management:
Base salary of $150,000–$250,000, depending on the candidate's experience level and the size and quality of their existing RIA, family office, and wealth manager book, plus performance-based commission structured to align the role’s economics with investor outcomes and firm performance.
Location: This role is based in Los Angeles, CA. LA-based candidates are preferred, but we're open to strong candidates elsewhere, especially those with an active RIA/family office/wealth manager book.

Job Responsibilities
RIA, Family Offices and Wealth Managers - Relationship Management:
- Own and grow a national portfolio of relationships with RIAs, family offices and wealth managers to raise equity capital for Parkview’s construction loan syndications.
- Identify and develop new RIA, family offices and wealth manager prospects to broaden distribution reach.
- Present investment opportunities to these partners and their end clients in a manner consistent with firm standards and applicable securities regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of offering materials, subscription documents, and investor updates.
- Participate in industry events and RIA-focused conferences to support business development activity.
- Maintain thorough and current records of investor activity, deal allocations, and relationship history within the firm’s CRM.
- Provide pipeline and capital activity reporting to the CEO on a regular basis.
- 5–20 years of experience in alternative investment distribution, private placements, or capital markets with demonstrated RIA, family office and wealth manager channel expertise.
- Established and active book of relationships with RIA, family offices and wealth managers with the ability to engage those relationships upon joining Parkview.
- Deep familiarity with private placement processes and deal-by-deal syndication structures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey real estate and credit concepts clearly to a financial advisor audience.
- Proven ability to manage a national relationship base with a high degree of independence.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA a plus.
