As JSS Capital continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Capital Raiser / Director of Investor Relations to join our team and help accelerate the growth of our real estate-backed private credit platform.
This is an opportunity to become part of a firm focused on delivering disciplined private lending solutions while building long-term partnerships with accredited investors, family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutional capital sources.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of raising capital for alternative investments, private credit, private equity, real estate funds, or similar investment vehicles. You'll play a key role in expanding our investor base, strengthening relationships, and helping execute our long-term capital formation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Raise equity capital from accredited and institutional investors
• Build and maintain relationships with family offices, RIAs, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals
• Present investment opportunities and communicate our investment strategy with confidence and professionalism
• Develop a sustainable pipeline of prospective investors
• Collaborate with executive leadership on capital formation initiatives and investor communications
• Represent JSS Capital at conferences, networking events, and industry functions
Qualifications
• Proven success raising capital for private investment vehicles
• Existing network within the investment community
• Strong understanding of alternative investments and private markets
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a growth-focused environment
