What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility standards
Supervise and support LPNs, STNAs, and other care staff
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor and assess resident conditions and document changes
Coordinate with providers and families to ensure continuity of care
Help create a positive, resident-focused environment

Qualifications
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (not required)
