We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis with benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with medical procedures under the direction of nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Documenting resident care activities and reporting any concerns to supervisory staff
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed
- Flexible availability to work the 3pm to 11 pm shift, including weekends and holidays
