**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Nursing Assistant (NA)**
**Shift: Day Shift (7 AM to 3 PM)**
**Location: Parkside Manor LLC  Bowling Green Mo 

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our team for the Day Shift, from 7 AM to 3 PM. In this role, you will provide essential support to our nursing staff and assist in delivering high-quality care to our patients/residents. Your dedication to patient care and teamwork will contribute significantly to the well-being and comfort of those we serve.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients/residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Help with mobility and transportation of patients/residents to and from different areas within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients/residents, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist nurses and other healthcare team members with medical procedures and patient care plans as directed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents, encouraging their participation in activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients/residents, families, and team members to ensure clear understanding of care plans and needs.
- Document patient/resident observations and care provided in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Attend training and staff meetings as required, maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA or NA training program.
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in accordance with state regulations.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team and interact compassionately with patients/residents.
- Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and move patients/residents in a safe manner.
