What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Parkside Family Counseling, LLC?
Parkside Family Counseling is hiring a bachelor's level substance use disorder professional (BSW, Counseling, Psychology, related) to provide case management services. Prior experience with the SUD population and either certification through the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) or a development plan with MCBAP is preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct Intake Paperwork
- Conduct Assessments
- Coordinate Treatment with Clinical Therapists and Primary Caregivers
- Facilitate Substance Screening
- Assist with Engagement Groups (curriculum development and facilitation)
- Work as a Team Member with Clinical and Peer Support Staff
- Contract Fullfillment and Maintenance
