Administrative Assistant
Parkside Family Counseling, LLC is a group counseling practice located in Adrian. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work 1pm - 7pm, Monday through Friday with an opportunity for more hours and performance-based pay raises. This position is non-exempt; hourly, qualifies for employee purchased health insurance, paid holidays and time off, and retirement savings.
The position includes director support (organizing and reviewing files, monitoring emails and faxes, and special projects); client support (intake calls, greeting clients, answering questions, providing direction and information); office support (answering phones, editing documents, filing, shredding, organizing supplies, data entry, copying, scanning , faxing, inventory of supplies, mailings, etc.); and light custodial support (cleaning/organizing). The position reports to the Practice Manager. Candidate should be adaptable to a busy, casual, shared office space and be a reliable team member. This position can grow with the candidate to include more responsibility as warranted.
Candidates must be 21 years of age, have a high school diploma (associate's degree preferred), be well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe, and have reliable transportation. A positive attitude, punctuality, strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to maintain patient confidentiality, and demonstration of initiative are essential.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
