- Assisting Sales Managers in day to day tasks and assignments.
- Works with department managers to keep ahead of ongoing market.
- Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
- Make phone calls to customers.
- Gather personal information from customers in order to assess trade possibilities
- General office duties as required.
- Handles customers with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Must be bi-lingual
