- Greet all guests and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.

- Provide information about dealership services, amenities, and general operations.
- Maintain visitor logs and perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Help ensure the reception and showroom areas remain organized and welcoming.
- Support various departments as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service, receptionist, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required. Weekend availability is an essential part of this position.
