At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dynamic and engaging Operations Manager to lead both our Guest Services and Breakfast operations. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be the champion of our overall guest experience—mentoring, training, and inspiring our front office and morning food service teams to deliver the seamless, genuine hospitality that keeps our guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of Guest Services and Breakfast, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
- Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of the General Manager.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
