Available Schedules
- Regular Schedule – Traditional daytime hours
- Evening Shift – Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Weekend Shift – Friday–Monday

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
- Educate customers and provide repair and replacement options.
- Present financing and maintenance plan options.
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
- Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
- Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
- Mentor and train apprentices.
- Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Three (3) years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Ability to work one of our available schedules: Regular, Evening, or Weekend.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
- Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer-facing service work.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development

Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
