Job Responsibilities:
- Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards.
- Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience.
- Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives.
- Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts.
- Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
- Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery.
- Engage in business development.
- Address customer concerns.
- Engage customers after a sale for follow-up.
- Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team.
- Other job duties as assigned by your manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in sales a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential. Our top performers earn over $100,000 per year!
- Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company.
- Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
