Our ideal candidates are kind, compassionate, punctual, reliable and able to stay awake for our AWAKE Noc shift. Must be able to handle different situations and care for our residents throughout the night alone. Must be able to document and complete all tasks in our EMR system throughout the night.
Duties are but not limited to: Staying awake for Noc shift, safety checks in real time, changing or toilet assistance every two hours, medication passing, deep cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping mopping floors, laundry, wiping all surfaces, deep cleaning kitchen, refrigerator and cleaning out expired foods, cooking in am if needed, ROM exercises if getting up and electronic medical records documentation.
We're looking for 1 full time NOC staff for 10 or 11p-7a
Ratio: 1 caregiver to 6 residents
Pay is based on experience, $18.00-$20.00
We offer, paid training, Safe and sick time annd 1 week of PTO after one year and overtime.

- PCA certificate and 3-4 years experience
