Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests and updates
- Prepare and send quotes to clients
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Assist with invoice follow-ups and simple collections
- Track service tickets and ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in scheduling, administrative support, or service coordination preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
