- Knowledge of inventory, ordering systems required.
- Resident profile/production system experience
- Experience in all duties in the dietary department including scheduling/education/discipline, dietary aide and cook duties
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Advanced degree preferred. ServSafe Certified Required
- Experience: One year of management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
