ParkerBeth Search Partners is recruiting a Superintendent for a long-established Southern California contractor specializing in HOA, multifamily, commercial painting, and reconstruction.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple projects throughout the San Diego region. You'll manage field operations, project performance, client relationships, and financial results while helping strengthen regional operations and drive continued growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple painting, reconstruction, and repair projects
- Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, and field operations
- Coordinate estimating turnover through project closeout
- Conduct site visits and support field teams
- Build strong relationships with HOA boards, property managers, consultants, and owners
- Track project costs, billing, productivity, and gross margin
- Manage change orders, scheduling conflicts, and client issues
- Oversee punch lists, warranty work, and project closeout
- Improve regional consistency, communication, and operational performance
Qualifications
- 7 years of Superintendent experience in construction
- Experience with painting, reconstruction, restoration, or specialty trades
- HOA, multifamily, or occupied-building project experience preferred
- Strong scheduling, manpower planning, and field leadership skills
- Experience managing project budgets, profitability, and change orders
- Proven ability to oversee multiple active projects
- Excellent client communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license with regular travel throughout San Diego County
