Water Treatment Technician

Our water treatment technicians install and maintain water softeners, RO systems, provide recommendations and treat customers with the utmost respect and attention.

What Will I Do?

• Install and service water softener and RO systems. Partner with the plumbing team on residential water issues
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
• Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions
  
  
  

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
• Experience with Service Titan a plus!
