Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Successfully handle high volume inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Meet sales and upselling metrics monthly
- Set appointments with customers in regards to HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Water, Electrical and more
- Multi task between different departments and stakeholders
- Work in multiple applications and duel screens - fast paced environment
- Respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
- Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
- Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
- Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable
- Handle some payments,refunds, and related customer inquiries
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2-years call center experience required
- 1 year of sales experience required
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Must be able to work on site, Remote only positions are not available at this time.
- Must be able to type 35 WPM.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
