Production Lead - 3rd Shift

• Must have minimum 3 years of experience with mid to small size companies
• Must have proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products
• Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data
• Verbal and written communication
• Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25 employees
• Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager
• Forklift Experience
• Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately
• Correct and report any unsafe conditions
• Train all employees on your shift
• Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs
• Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources
• Write and issue performance evaluations
• Willing to work a line to help the team
