Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment
• Repair furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality systems
• Work on zoning systems, ERVs, humidifiers, boilers, and geothermal systems
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Maintain accurate service records

Qualifications

• 5 years of residential service experience
• Strong HVAC diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-focused mindset
• Clean driving record

Preferred

• NATE Certification
• Installation experience
• Trade school or HVAC certifications
