HVAC Dispatcher

DAILY ACTIVITIES:

As an HVAC Dispatcher at Parker Heating & Air, you will be responsible for:

• Use Service Titan software for taking customer calls, ensuring that our clients are being hear and receiving the best customer service possible.
• Dispatching and scheduling service calls to field technicians in order to provide prompt, convenient service as well as time/mileage-efficient routes for technicians.
• Updating and informing clients on maintenance requirements and new services.
• Providing basic office duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• First class customer service skills
• Phone skills
• Working knowledge of Service Titan
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Communication skills (in-person and over phone)
• Attention to detail
• Dispatching (preferred)
• Familiarity with HVAC industry (preferred)
• A desire to learn
• Ability to consistently commute to Parker, CO 80134

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Full time
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift (8:00 am-5:00 pm)
• Monday to Friday
• No nights or weekends
