Job Description
Cook - Stonegate - Per-Diem - $22.75 hourly rate - The area's highest quality assisted living residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike community - childcare on site and free meal with every shift worked - 6:30am-2:30pm, minimum of two (2) shifts per month - The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations. The Cook is responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared plus presented with excellence.

Parker at Stonegate assisted living residence
Located in Highland Park, Parker at Stonegate is a thoughtfully designed community with many amenities including 62 spacious suites, and a Health & Wellness Center with a gym and heated pool. Elders enjoy the benefits of living with others in a warm and caring setting with care partner employees who form friendships with them and value their individual desires and needs. Minimum Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related experience.
- Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook.
- Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus.
- Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred.
- ServSafe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
