What You’ll Gain

- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Help resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Supporting internal and external customers.
- GPA of 3.0
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous customer service experience or coursework is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing customer service and sales skills.
