Shift: Part-Time 6a-2p and Part-Time 10:30am-6:30pm
Salary: $14.80-15.80/hour
General Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving attractive and palatable meals according to planned menu. Supervises and assists in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and stock rooms.
Scope of Job Tasks:
- Prepares meals according to menu and supervises the quality and quantity of food served. Adheres to all sanitary regulations regarding the handling and serving of food. Prepares food according to recipes and transfers foods to steam table for servicing.
- Serves food according to established portion control and temperature guidelines.
- Stores left overs appropriately in dated containers.
- Cleans work areas after meals.
- Follows all Federal, State, and Local kitchen and dietary regulations. Follows OSHA safety standards.
