The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives across Park Square Homes. As the head of the Marketing Department, this position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and operates independently from the Sales function. This role oversees the full scope of brand management, advertising, digital marketing, community launches, media relations, and creative direction to drive awareness, qualified traffic, and overall lead generation to support sales performance. The Director will provide leadership to a team of marketing professionals and agency partners, ensuring alignment with company goals while strengthening brand identity and customer engagement across all divisions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate goals, growth targets, and customer engagement objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence.
  • Serve as the brand guardian—ensuring a consistent, premium message and visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new communities.
  • Provide marketing-related training, guidance, and communication to the Sales team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends to inform strategy and maintain competitive positioning.

Advertising & Media Strategy

  • Oversee media planning, placement, and strategy across digital, print, radio, and outdoor platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Direct relationships with external agencies and vendors, including advertising, PR, and digital marketing partners.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, recommending strategy adjustments based on data-driven insights. 

Digital Marketing & CRM

  • Oversee digital strategy, including website development, Meta strategies, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online reputation management.
  • Leverage CRM data to analyze traffic patterns, lead quality, and conversion rates to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ensure digital experiences reflect brand values and deliver a seamless customer journey from first touchpoint to post-closing.

Community Marketing & Collateral

  • Direct all community marketing efforts, including signage programs, model center presentations, and collateral design.
  • Develop creative concepts, copy, and campaigns for print and digital materials in partnership with internal and external creative teams.
  • Coordinate grand openings, broker outreach, and community events in collaboration with the Sales team.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to meet short- and long-term goals.
  • Analyze marketing spend efficiency and provide monthly reports to leadership on key performance metrics.
  • Drive accountability for data-based decision making and continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner cross-functionally with all departments—including Sales, Design, Construction, and Land—to ensure brand and message alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand consistency and business results.
  • Represent Park Square Homes as a marketing ambassador within the homebuilding industry and community organizations.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
  • Strong understanding of real estate, development, or homebuilding marketing preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta strategies, SEO/SEM, CRM data analysis, and social media platforms.

  • Budget Management: Skilled in forecasting, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Team Development: Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective partner to all internal departments and external partners.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to use standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.)
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs for marketing materials or event setup
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in model homes, sales centers, and communities.
  • Must have reliable transportation for travel between communities.
