Airport Terminal Greeter – Fast Park & Relax
Location: Austin Bergstrom International Airport Area
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Thurs–Mon, 5 PM–1 AM
Pay: $15/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing Airport Terminal Greeter to welcome guests, provide guidance, and ensure smooth transitions between the terminal and our parking shuttles. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in hospitality, travel, or customer service—or anyone who loves helping people during their travel experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth, positivity, and professionalism
- Assist travelers with directions, questions, and shuttle boarding
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely shuttle operations
- Represent Fast Park's high service standards at all times
- Maintain a safe and organized loading area

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
- Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals.
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maps and directions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of parking procedures (preferred).
- Ability to operate two-way radios and other communication equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
