What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter position at Associa?
- Welcome future homeowners appointments and give them a tour of the property
- Handle walk ins as needed
- Collect information about gates and access as needed, pass to corporate Amenity Access
- Any additional administrative tasks to assist the Lifestyle team
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•At least five years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
•General knowledge of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, generalmaintenance.
•Ability to read, write and understand English
•Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, and etc.
