What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver/Groundskeeper position at Park Place Hotel & Conference Center?
Job Summary: The primary role will be shuttle driver. While not driving, this person will be expected to do grounds keeping work. They will also work with Chief Engineer on projects as assigned to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.

- Complete various projects assigned by Chief Engineer
- Use facility maintenance program to complete room service calls
- Complete preventive maintenance every month to ensure we PM all rooms by end of year

- 1 year experience working in Maintenance related field preferred but will bypass for the right candidate
